We manufacture in Moorabbin, Victoria, and we hold stock. Your order is dispatched the same or next business day.
Every Australian order is sent with tracking at no extra cost, and we email you the tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.
Delivery time depends on your state and how remote the delivery address is — your tracking link shows the carrier’s live estimate. We ship with TFM Express (1300 113 822) and, for Victorian deliveries, Civic Transport (13 11 27). Carriers set their own delivery times, and these can change without notice, particularly in peak periods.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete when you order. If a parcel is sent to an address that was entered incorrectly on the order, we may not be able to recover it.
