We make these ourselves in Moorabbin, Victoria, and we hold stock. Your order leaves our factory the same or next business day, and we email you the tracking number as soon as it does.
Tracked, every order
Every Australian order is sent with tracking at no extra cost. Delivery time depends on your state and how remote the address is — your tracking link shows the carrier’s live estimate. We ship with TFM Express (1300 113 822) and, for Victorian deliveries, Civic Transport (13 11 27).
If it doesn’t arrive
Call us on 1300 062 343 or email sales@d-flector.com.au and we will chase the carrier for you. If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it or refund it. Please check your delivery address is correct when you order — if a parcel is sent to an address entered incorrectly on the order, we may not be able to recover it.
60-day money-back guarantee
Fit it, tow it, live with it. If you change your mind within 60 days of delivery, contact us for a return authorisation and send the guard back in re-saleable condition — unused or trial-fitted only, complete with its hardware and original packaging — and we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Return freight on a change-of-mind return is arranged and paid by you; we recommend a tracked service.
Faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered
We will replace, repair or refund it, and we pay the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by anything on this page — our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
