What does “jockey wheel access” mean?

The centre-cut variant has an opening in the middle of the guard so you can reach the jockey wheel, hitch and A-frame without removing the guard. Pick it if you couple and uncouple often. If your jockey wheel sits high and you don’t need to touch it while the guard is on, go standard.
